As of v1.12.2zd, all edible crops restore 1 Hunger and 0.6 Saturation.
Fruit, Grains, and Vegetables can be found in Gardens and replanted on farmland. It adds Trees that bear Fruit, Nuts, or bark that one can harvest. HarvestCraft adds a large selection of Crops to Minecraft. HarvestCraft adds 60+ new crops, 36 fruit trees, 17 fish, and beehives. It includes simple beekeeping, and over 1100 new foods and items. HarvestCraft is a farming mod reminiscent of the Harvest Moon franchise.
